Jensen Associates, Inc.

Jensen Associates was incorporated in 1990 to bring skilled and experienced representation and advocacy to organizations with public policy interests before the Nebraska Unicameral Legislature and/or the Executive Branch of Nebraska State Government. In the years since its founding, the firm has become a major presence providing services to an array of private business interests, as well as many health and human services organizations. Services provided by the firm include lobbying, monitoring activities within the legislative and executive branches, consultation in public affairs.

Jensen Associates provides clients with an ongoing presence at the Nebraska Legislature. Mr. Jensen prepares legislation for introduction, secures the introducer(s) for the legislation, presents or assists with the presentation of public hearing testimony, and works to garner support (or opposition) to pending legislation. In addition, clients are assisted with mobilizing their own constituent contacts with members of the Legislature to advance their particular interests. 

All bills of interest are tracked daily during the session, and each client receives a weekly report of activities and the status of legislation impacting them, as well as spot notification of developments of particular interests, with special attention to those requiring immediate action. Located directly across the street from the Nebraska State Capitol, Jensen Associates can respond rapidly to situations requiring timely intervention.
